Then one full time stocker Annie retired and was replaced by Amrita ,a young lady who had just left college.

Pushpa and Annie had worked for 25 yrs and were very close.

Pushpa had to train Amrita but no formal training and induction programme

The first few months …......

Everything seemed well

Amrita was very enthusiastic about her work

Customers were happy to see a new face.

Unfinished work and uninterested

Customers started complaining

Pushpa started complaining that Amrita was not the right match

Minimizing the conflict (Contd….)

Ankit could have talked with Pushpa what could have gone well or wrong and prepared action plan beforehand.More Structured induction and Training ProgramRegular Review meeting

Minimizing the conflict(Contd….)
