Schedules can be changed
according to the attendees needs
Courses in English and Portuguese
The 2020 Summer
Schools are completely
free of charge
Two main target groups:
Portuguese speakers (Brazil
and PALOPS) and English speakers
Duration: 2 weeks – each school will be given 2 days and 2 hours per
day
Online Summer school topics:
Geography – Geography highlights and sights –coastline, mountains, trails, etc.
Culture and heritage – classified monuments, UNESCO World Heritage sights, festivals, music
shows (virtual tours of museums and monuments)
Gastronomy and Wine Tourism – demonstrations, trying the recipes at home, under our teachers
online guidance, and winetasting
Presentation of Turismo de Portugal Schools and Courses

•The oyster experience – breeding oysters, opening techniques, conservation and a recipe to go along with some local wine.Teacher: Célia Rodrigues

Mediterranean Gastronomy Experience
Mediterranean diet – UNESCO immaterial cultural heritage
- Lifestyle. Creation of a video tour with ingredient selection accompanied by storytelling. Making a seafood and sweet potato. Xarém Cataplana – Xarém is a typical fish from the Algarve region. Focus on our Arab heritage.
