Online EnrollmentYour online open enrollment period is

Online enrollment is a step-by-step process comprised of eight steps:

Profile Dependents (optional) Eligibility Coverage Level (Individual/Family) Payments Beneficiaries Terms and Conditions Summary

To begin enrollment:• Go to the Secure Consumer Portal provided by HRC

Total Solutions: https://employee.hrcts.com• The portal is secured using industry standard 128 bit

SSL encryption which is identified by the HTTPS:// in the address bar of the browser window.

• Enter your User ID and Password• Your User ID is your CC5 email address and your

Password is sum1 (password is case sensitive)

Note: The system will prompt you to enter a new password and security question.

Important NoteBe sure to complete the entire process until you

see the Confirmation page or your information will be lost.

Please note if you are going to enroll in the limited FSA or DCA, you need to start back

at the beginning and follow the FSA PowerPoint instructions
