The Programme is centred around ,which explores personal values with the help of literaturefrom around the world and across the ages. Each textpresents challenges and asks students to articulate andexplore their values and their leadership styles.

LEADERSHIP VENTURE
As part of the leadership programme, the student will be required toinitiate a project (venture). This venture should make significant changesin their respective communities. Students will write a short ProjectProposal during the programme with the following details:

Community visit to a children’s home, to sensitize the students tovarious social issues and expose them to an environment wherethere is a scarcity and inequities.
The theatre module is used to enhance self-confidence andemotional intelligence. The students will also prepare a play onvalues-based leadership to “experience” leadership challenges.
Team building and Adventure sports like rafting, zip-lining andtrekking to develop bonding, coordination and leadership skills ina safe environment.

The selected location has spectacular scenic beauty,is safe and creates an inspirational environment for learning.
Care is taken to provide food that is nutritious, wholesome andtasty. The menu has a combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarianitems. Fruits are served regularly and nimbu-paani or other fruitflavoured drinks are available through the day to keep the participantshydrated. Mineral water is available on all sites and locations.
Right from the time your child is handed over to us, they are ourresponsibility. We have a well-trained & certified team; the adult to childratio will be 1:5. There are 6 faculty members in addition toadministrative staff in camp. A resident nurse is available for theduration of the Camp and a Doctor is available on call.
