Our Task

• Search current literature and identify research-based interventions that are practical and user-friendly

• Offer short, two-page interventions with brief classroom video examples, progress monitoring options and

• Deliver online.

Steps

• Asked teachers to reaffirm problem behaviors• Conducted literature review• Rewrote journal articles without technical jargon • Focused on “interventions”• Included new video demonstrations• Added progress-monitoring options for social behavior

Update

• Reviewed 180 articles from 58 journals and 18 professional texts

• Selected 104 interventions, 90% with citations 1990 – 2008; 52% with citations 2000 - 2008

• Produced 50 video demonstrations linked to selected interventions

• Developed five progress-monitoring options
