Workover Objective
• No HSE incidents during the workover
• Recover original well production with new intervals
• Perform Hydraulic Stimulation on 3 stages
• Minimize sand/proppant flow back
• Flow back each interval independently for measurement

Brief Well History
• The well was drilled between 23th July – 20th August 2010 at the depth of 1970 m.
• The last performed jobs: March 2012 – cement plug at 1803m, perforate 1799-1797.5m and 1778-1771m Helvetian.
• Initial production: 9to/d.
• Production before the treatment: 1.96 to oil/d & 1000 Scm/d AG, water cut = 22%

Completion main components
• ZMD Series monobore stimulation sleeve
– Flow area through port is maximized
– Inner sleeve shifts past the flow port of the outer body
• Combofrac Openhole Swellable Packer
– High-pressure Hydraulic stimulations
– Completion of wells underbalanced or on losses
• WFX Blackcat Packer
– High-pressure ECNER Array packing element system
– Rotationally locked for ease in milling
– Retrieval mechanism protected from debris

FloReg™ Reservoir Control (RC)
• With planned intervention, the RC can be run closed to prevent sand-screen plugging.
• Units can be selectively opened or closed using standard coiled-tubing or wireline-tractor tooling.
• The FloReg RC prevents annular hot-spotting by evenly distributing the inflow along the production string.
• Modular architecture can be employed to permit simple integration of annular zonal isolation technologies in any configuration.
• FloReg RC flow ports are made from tungsten carbide, mitigating flow-induced erosion.
