1 Rinse all blue box items.

2 Flatten metal and plastic containers.

3 Includeplasticcontainers&grocerybags with 1, 2, 4 or 5 stamped on them.

4 Bag all plastic grocery bags inside one and tie; place with mixed containers.

5 Place shredded paper inside a paper bag or box and place with mixed paper.

Did you know? Food contaminants or non-recyclables in the recycling containers can turn a whole load of recyclables into garbage.
