Problem: Inflow effects (velocity sensitive signal)

Possible solutions

• Sequence optimisation (in 2D: lower FA, in 3D: increase FA)

• In 3D: distal AIF / saturation slabs / heart in FOV

• Reduce peak concentration (lower dose/flow rate)

• Correct using flow measurements
