Course Assessment
If you wish to progress to member level, you will need to pass the following:-
1. An assignment on Law of Tort 5% of final marks2. An assignment on Contract Law 10% of final marks
3. An assignment on Evidence 20% of final marks.4. Written examination Contract Law 40% of final marks5. Written examination Law of Tort 25% of final marks
Course Fees
The Course fee is Kshs 26,000/-. The fee includes the course materials, coffee/teaand lunch. The fee can also be paid by instalments provided the first instalment ofKenya Shillings 13,000/- is received on or before the closing date of Friday 15th
February, 2013 and the balance paid in full before Friday 15th March, 2013.
Examination Fees
The Exam fee is Kshs 20,500/-. The fee can also be paid by instalments providedall instalments are paid before Friday 12th April, 2013.
Venue
The tutorials will be held at Nairobi Club.
Programme
Tutorial Timings: 08.00 to 17.00 hours.
