Opportunities for Youth Ages 17–24:

Culinary Arts TrainingOurstudentslearnfoodsanitationandsafetyforthefoodserviceindustry.Ahands-onapproachinourindustrialkitchen,alongsideexperiencedchefs,inadditiontoclassroominstruction,giveourstudentstheedgeinthisgrowingmarket.Theyreceiveon-the-jobexperiencethroughpaidinternships.Graduatesofthisprogramgoontoworkinalltypesofrestaurants,forcateringcompaniesandfranchises.

Young Adult Internship ProgramParticipantschoosefromalargerangeofinternshipoptionsinboththepublicandprivatesector.Participantsgainon-the-jobskillstoworkincustomerservice,retail,humanresources,andmanyotherexcitingcareers!

Opportunity YouthParticipantsattendABEand/orHSEclasseswhilesimultaneouslyinterningatsitesandexploringcareeroptions.

College BoundParticipantsreceiveindividualizedassistancetomakewell-informeddecisionsonhighereducation,andtoensurethattheireducationplanscoincidewiththeirfuturecareers.
