The invention relates to methods of electrophysical materials processing, in particular to the formation of carbon structures by

applying electric discharges. The process of carbon structures formation consists in the formation, acceleration and finishing

of carbon layers by using electronically primed electric discharges and a coaxial electrode system. The problem solved by the

proposed invention is to increase the quality of surface processing: uniformity by 4 times; porosity by 3 times and adhesion –

twice. It also simplifies the electrode system and the pulse generator.

Procedeul de formare a structurilor carbonice constã in formarea, accelerarea ?i finisarea straturilor

carbonice prin utilizarea descãrcãrilor electrice amorsate electronic ?i un sistem electrodic coaxial.
