The stress is justified because everyone is aiming for great scores.
We need to take a moment to take care of ourselves during this rough midterm season.
A day before the exam
1. Review your notes2. No new studying should occur3. Self care4. Eat properly5. Don’t mess with caffeine intake
levels6. Have at least six hours of sleep
Self Care tips

half hour● Study for an hour, take a ten minute
break
● Face masks● Tap a 30 minute nap● Spend some time with loved ones● Pet an animal● Drink tea, less coffee
Day of exam
1. Review if needed 2. Do not study/review an hour before
the exam3. You know more than you think4. Eat a salty snack to keep you awake
and help brain function better5. Hype yourself up. Positive attitude,
positive grade6. Take a breath before the test
When they hit you with that “select all that apply”
After the exam
1. Celebrate! You survived the test!2. Clean your work environment, it soothes the mind3. Go to office hours to look over the test, once graded4. Take a deep breathe, you did that!
