Important Changes Coming to Coast Property Management Employee Benefits Plan

Effective 10/1/18 (see: https://coastrealestate.weebly.com/new-changes-101.html)

Third Party Administrator (TPA) Changing From Loomis to Maestro Health (New ID

Cards to arrive in mail by first week of October)

AMPS replacing ELAP for facility re-price services: AMPS also repricing all out of

network non-facility items (labs, anesthesiologists, etc.)

2nd "In-Network" being added to PHCS called AMPS Prime

Envision Pharmacy Benefit Numbers Are Changing

Health Joy Mobile APP going live 10/2/18 (each enrolled employee will receive

unique email on 10/2 with download instructions)

MeMd.com to replace Teladoc for online/phone doctor consultations (Available

through Health Joy APP)

Tip #1- Tell provider you are in-network with:

PHCS / MultiPlan Network

AMPS Prime Network

Tip #2

Ask provider to send all invoices to Maestro Health, contact information on your benefits card.

Tip #3

If provider says they have never heard of Maestro Health Insurance, simply remind them Maestro is the plan claims and billing administrator. They are not the insurance company.

You can always call Maestro Health customer service line to verify benefit coverage.
