• There is potential to add $7,300 in total income through lot rent increases and improved water/sewer recapture. • Wichita, KS is the largest city in the state with an estimated 2018 population of 389,255. The greater metro area is home to approximately 644,888 residents.• The city is an aircraft production hub and is known as “The Air Capital of the World.” Textron Aviation, Learjet, Airbus, and Spirit AeroSystems operate design
