Material Analysis in Long Term Planning Definition:- With LTP process, future planning is done and final total activity requirement, expected procurement details are calculated through LTP MRP run. To analyze further on procurement details i.e to know how much of specific Raw material or packing materials are to be procured, it is required to transfer those details to inventory module. Once it is transferred to Purchase Info system, the result is analyzed material wise. Objective :- LTP run is completed and it is required to transfer the data to inventory module. After transferring to purchasing info system, it is required to analyze the result material wise. One will be in a position to perform material analysis in LTP with this document. Prerequisites:- Completed LTP MRP run Transfer to purchasing Info system is completed. Menu path :- Logistics → Production → Production → Production Planning → Long-Term Planning → Evaluations → Purchasing Info Sys. → MCEC - Material

1. Maintain the following data

Enter value in Planning scenario.

Plant Enter value in Plant. Planning scenario

Enter value in Planning scenario.

2. Press Execute .

3. Press Enter .

4. Press Exit Shift+F3 .

Exit Material analysis
