About Lilly WhiteAs a child Lilly always believed there was something bigger than herself. Born on the Island of Newfoundland and being the first in a family of six children, time alone with the angles and fairies was a rare gift. Starting a family at the ripe age of eighteen, she and John raised two daughters and are now divine grandparents to two granddaughters. While John has been traveling the world with the RCMP and UN for the last five years, Lilly has had the opportunity to spend that long awaited time alone and commune with the energies she so longed for since childhood. During these years she opened her business, Whitelight. Believing In Something Bigger Than Ourselves: That Is Where The Magic Lies. This Is The Key To Manifesting the Magic in You. Lilly discovered that daily journaling with the angelic realms, her archetypes and transcribing her dream sojourns revealed the key to her magic. Like most of her clients, Lilly transcribed these communications in three separate journals. “But why keep these thoughts on paper separate?”, she asked, “Why not better harness these energies and wisdoms derived from these encounters and blend them together” And voila, a three in one journal manifested.

Manifesting your magic with the help of this journal

There are four sections in this three-in-one journal.

The first twelve pages will help you to co-author with the universe. At the beginning of each month, sit and dream about your soul’s desires. Use the magical pages to record what your intents are for the month. It could be as simple as a good cup of tea or as grand as developing your own tea company. It could peace for the day or peace for the world. This is your sacred space to journal and commune with the universe. The energies of the angels, archetypes and dreams can help to direct you to your own empowerment. Writing or speaking words cast spells. Cast your own spell, the spell of your magic!

The first section: Calling all AngelsSit down, take a deep breath and allow the angels to speak through you. Ask the angels whether they have a message for you or maybe they have an answer to an already asked question. Try not to monitor or judge the words that flow from your mind, to your heart, to your pen, and onto you paper. Just write whatever message you are receiving. ASK, VISUALIZE, FEEL, WRITE IT DOWN, AND LET IT GO.

The second section: Interview with an ArchetypeAccording to Caroline Myss (2001), we are all born with four survival archetypes. These are: the victim, the child, the prostitute, and the saboteur. In the shadow, these four survivals represent our deepest fears and how we choose to give our power away to people, places or things. Living in the light empowers us to make responsible choices.

At any given moment, we have the choice to live in the light or the shadow of these archetypes. For example, an interview with the survival archetypes could look something like this: show me insight into the ways in which I sabotage my physical health. As you write, you discover that all four survival archetypes are at play. Instead of going to the gym three times a week, the saboteur says, “I’ll go tomorrow”, the child says “because I’m too tired”, the prostitute says, “one extra day won’t matter”, and the victim says, “poor me. I was never disciplined anyway. What does it matter”? As you continue to write, may it be revealed to you the difference between asking what is the matter versus what is the meaning of any situation.

The third section: Interpreting DreamsAs we enter the dream state, the deep subconscious continually reveals itself through visions, flights of fancy, hopes, goals, desires, and wishes. Keep this journal next to your bed and upon awaking, write down your memories of the dream. Your symbolic sight will give you the meaning of what your subconscious is trying to tell you.

Together, the angels, your archetypes, and your dreams hold the key to your magic. With the help of this journal, may you manifest all your desires and may you always live your highest potential.

Days of On and On

On and On, the days are long.I pray I do not borrow from the energy of tomorrow.

I will stay like this, The gift of bliss

In the here and now.

I can see the Mountain overlooking the sea, I can smell the fragrance of Frangipani.

I can hear the birds as they sing in flight and listen to the whistle of the gardener to my right.

I can feel the heat as it envelopes my skin, and speak universal truth, at the Temple of Wind.

As the sun sets on the day of on and on, the comfort of the night blankets me with the promise,

that as the sun rises this eve of tomorrow I will be blessed with a day of On and On.
