• Interesting• Instructive• Comprehensive• Understandable• Participative• Short (< 2 hr)

UIB COMMISSION MEETINGS

For each Commission:• 2 – 3 meetings per year

(one of them always coinciding with the Congress)

• 6 – 8 participants maximum• Length: 1hr 30 min maximum• S. T. (EN/ES/DE) must be guaranteed in

Congress• Meetings are called by the Commission

President, in coordination with SG• Only Commission members are called• P might/SG should attend every meeting

CONGRESS UIB (I)• Once a year, preferably in fall• Devoted to a different specific issue every

year• Organized by a hosting country, in close

coordination with SG• A not-to-tight schedule is expected• Visits to local

bakeries/confectioneries/schools must be guaranteed

• There will be meetings of the 4 Commissions, the Presidium and the Congress, plus a Conference/Round Table on the Specific Issue

CONGRESS UIB (II)• A top expert on the Specific Issue might be

invited to lecture• S. T. (EN/ES/DE) must be guaranteed for all

professional meetings• The UIB Awards will be preferably presented

during the Congress• A Press Conference/Press Release will be

held/issued at every Congress• A social programme and an escort programme

are expected• Activities of national interest to the hosting

Federations must be smoothly pre-fit in the general schedule
