A delegation from SLAC visited ANL in May, 08 (A. Alarcon, E. Carrone, E. Williams).

The outcome has been very satisfying:An assembly line has been setup at ANL to populate the Undulator Instrumentation Racks (“Mini Racks”);

EIA are manufactured outside;

The whole manufacturing/subcontractor management process is very well organized;

LTT is remarkably accurate;

ANL has been doing heroic efforts to deliver in time.
