• CMD N – new file• 8 x 8 pixels• Enlarge enlarge enlarge• Pencil tool• draw• CMD I => rescale to …eg 40x40• Result: terrible!!!!!

First Practice

• Make 8 x 8 images, draw or Photoshop• Make 8 x 8 numbers• Make 8 x 8 text (in a bigger image 40 x 40)– Short Political statement• Texel = Krim! Student lib!

• Combine in “bigger” image

Interference

• Photoshop image small, 8x8• Rescale => 80x80• New layer• Paint bucket – pattern (make b&w patterns)• Play around with interference patterns

Why interference?

• Because of the Nordic knitting• Avoid wires which are too long at the backside• But also because it is “fun”
