Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Karen. I am a hotel staff and also a hospitality student of

William Blue College with 12 weeks OPERA system training. After working

in hotels and fine dining restaurants for nearly 2 years, I have confirmed

my passion and determination to progress in this fantastic industry. I am a

team player; very positive, punctual and you can always see a BIG SMILE

on my face.

Although my industry placement is on October 2015, I would like to gain

practical experience as a front service agent/ purser/ customer service

agent by bringing my passion from F&B to front office to receive guests

with a BIG WARM SMILE and ensure the excellent customer satisfaction.

I might not have enough experience in front office position yet, but I have

a desire to serve and inspire customers to relax, enjoy, spend money and

come back.

Please give me an opportunity to introduce myself in person.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Karen Chen
