Don’t be ABSENT! When you are not in class, you miss the information for that day.

If you are absent, look on my web page under lesson plans and have your work completed when you come back to class. You can also call a friend to find out.

Asking me should be your last resort.

Do your homework. Don’t get behind!!

If you forget to bring it toclass, you may NOT leave the classroom to retrieve it; it will count as a zero or oneday late—which ever is the case.

Use Your Agenda

Stay on top of all your activities!

Make short-term and long-term plans including all of your classes.

Don’t put your assignmentsoff until the night before!

READING HOMEWORK! I expect you to complete your

reading assignments punctually. I will not accept excuses

good resume. Be social. Have

But remember: ACADEMICS

SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE #1 PRIORITY!!

NEVER TAKE HOMEWORK, QUIZZES, OR TESTS LIGHTLY!

Care about your grade point average!!

You are responsible for your GPA! YOU are responsible for knowing

your GPA! A high GPA can help you get

scholarships for college or land a good job

after graduation.

DON’T PROCRASTINATE Keep up with your reading

assignments. Study for tests before the

“night before the test.”
