Change section Status field to an inactive code

A population selection can be used to limit person data that is pulled;

however, it must be used EVERY time the process is run.

Add, Inactivate, and Update sections in INGRESS

Update maximum and available seat counts in Banner

Associate sending and receiving sections for a shared class, determine remaining seat count, and allocate 3/4 of the remaining seats equally to all sharing institutions

Over a period, the log table accumulates a large

number of entries, many of which are no longer

needed for troubleshooting purposes over time.

ZSRCLRL can be run at any time during the term

as frequently as needed.

Results: Deletes entries from the INGRESS log table, ZSRSMGL, that
