INTRODUCING IML’S COMMUNICATOR KEYPAD
› Safe, reliable and secure keypad systems using digital radio
› Rapid data collection and display even from larger groups› Mature, flexible software enables IML to meet your
requirements
› When instructed, participants press the number button(s) that correspond with their selected answer (there is no enter key required)
› Individual responses are displayed in the screen at the top of the keypad
› If participants want to change their answer, the ‘c’ key will clear and a new answer can be entered while voting is open
› Audience results are displayed on your main screen immediately after a vote is closed
USING THE KEYPAD TO VOTE
SINGLE CHOICE QUESTIONS
› Single choice questions are the simplest question format› Participants can select only 1 option from the prescribed
list› Results can be displayed as either a % of the voting
audience or as real numbers› As with all questions, backgrounds, fonts and chart
colours are all completely configurable
MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS
› Multiple response questions allow delegates to choose more than just one option
› Up to 9 selections can be made from a maximum of 9 options
PRIORITISED/RANKED MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS
› Ranking questions allows participants to enter their selection in priority order (IML’s system weights responses)
› Up to 9 selections can be made from a maximum of 9 options
› Results can be displayed as (1) actual weighted value, (2) % of total weighted value or, (3) participants selection by choice

VALUE ENTRY QUESTIONS
› Value questions are suitable for any question where the answer is a number value (e.g. £, $, years, miles, minutes, etc…)
› This format is ideal for questions where participants are required to rate a specified subject (e.g. 1-10 scale)
› Participants can enter any value between 0 and 9999› The average score can be displayed with the results
MULTI-STAGE VALUE ENTRY QUESTIONS
› Where the scale of responses for a series of value questions are the same (e.g. for a survey), these can be shown on one screen
› Each of the stages/options is voted on separately› Mini histograms can be displayed to show the distribution
of responses
TEXT ENTRY QUESTIONS
› Gather more qualitative data through the use of IML’s unique texting function
› Participants are no longer limited to choosing from a list of prescribed options
› Participants can input a single message of up to 127 characters of text
› Ideal for receiving questions & comments, reactions, brainstorming, gathering e-mail addresses and much more

› Used with smartcards, messages can be identified by individual and company name or alternative relevant info
