• the labels are handed over to the mould by the robot

Step 3:

• the mould is closed (clamping force up to 600 to) and the liquid plastic (~ 240 C) is injected (~2100 bar) against the IML label

Step 4:

• after the plastic is cooled down the mould opens

• the result is a perfectly decorated, ready to be filled, container!
