AMSA and Yachting Australia

Normal Club Activities = Not Commercial = Compliance with State legislation (Marine Safety Act 2010 in Victoria)

Grandfathering ArrangementsActivities that were being carried out prior to 1 July 2013, and were not considered commercial under your previous state legislation, have been effectively ‘grandfathered’ until 2016
