There are 35 times as many fibrocytes (the factory workers that produce collagen, elastin and hyalauronic acid) post treatment as there were pre-treatment.

Thanks to regained elasticity, the post-treatment biopsy contracted by almost 33 percent in length and width. The treated skin is actually 33% wider and 33% thicker than shown.
