LPA™

A computerised 'expert' psychometric assessment system

6 assessments cover 29 characteristics - key areas that condition how executives function as members of a management team

Integrated battery of questionnaires - the LPA™ Questionnaire or LPQ™ - with a program that looks across the whole range of scores, not just at each set of results in isolation

LPA™

Developed over a 30+ year timeframe. Originally pencil and paper, then MS-DOS and now MS Windows and the Internet

Assessments derived from existing and well validated instruments

The LPA™ Program Plots the results of each assessment graphically using a Stanine (1 to

9) scale

Requires the counsellor to work with the candidate to interpret each set of scores

and

To look across the range of scores to identify ‘clusters’ or groups of scores that either conform to expected patterns, or provide evidence of unusual groups of characteristics

Score patterns that are frequently encountered are presented as Management Themes

The LPA™ Program The LPA™ program offers powerful, statistically-based utilities to

facilitate the feedback process. For example:

LPA™ identifies any unusual score patterns and alerts the counsellor to these

LPA™ also enables you to translate client competencies into psychometric profiles - either directly or in response to the built-in Factor Analysis on the Statistics Menu. These become customised Management Themes

LPA™ also allows you to integrate the results from the MCPA™ measure of capability
