The LPA™ Program Plots the results of each assessment graphically using a Stanine (1 to

9) scale

Requires the counsellor to work with the candidate to interpret each set of scores

and

To look across the range of scores to identify ‘clusters’ or groups of scores that either conform to expected patterns, or provide evidence of unusual groups of characteristics

Score patterns that are frequently encountered are presented as Management Themes

LPA™ identifies any unusual score patterns and alerts the counsellor to these

LPA™ also enables you to translate client competencies into psychometric profiles - either directly or in response to the built-in Factor Analysis on the Statistics Menu. These become customised Management Themes
