Installing iFlow on Mac OS X
Follow steps IN THIS ORDER
1) Install R and Bioconductor
2) Install XCode from Mac OS X Install DVD
3) Install MacPorts from .dmg
4) Install GTK via Terminal:
sudo port install gtk2 +quartz +no_x11
5) Install chtheme via Terminal
sudo port install gtk2-chtheme
6) Download Mac4lin:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mac4lin/
7) Install Mac4lin from dmg as per instructions from Wishful
Coding:
a. Extract Mac4Lin_GTK_Aqua_v1.0.tar.gz in the GTK folder
to /opt/local/share/themes/ (You'll need to authenticate)
b. Run /opt/local/bin/gtk2-chtheme, select the newly installed
theme.
c. Click the font button and set it to Lucida Grande at 10pt
8) Install RGtk package in R
9) Install iFlow package in R
