“International Conference on Nano Science & Engineering Applications”, ICONSEA-

2014 is being organized by Centre for Nano Science and Technology, Institute of

Science and Technology, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad during

26th , 27th & 28th June,2014. Keeping in pace with the recent advances made in the field

of nanotechnology this international conference will be focusing on current status and

recent developments in the field of Nano Science, Nano Engineering and applications

by covering wide range of topics but not confined to the following:

About Host Organization

The Institute of Science and Technology is a constituent unit of JNTUH offering

postgraduate and research programmes in interdisciplinary areas of science and

technology. The Centre for Nano Science and Technology, a constituent unit of IST was

established in June 2007 with main focus on teaching and research in the field of Nano

Technology. The centre is uniquely placed in the university’s landscape offering following

PG courses: M.Sc, M.Tech, M.S Research and Ph.D. in Nanotechnology. The centre is

actively undertaking research work in the areas of Nano materials and composites,

energy, electronic, Bio–medical & Environmental applications. The centre was initially

funded by DST under Nano mission.

JNTUH was the first Technological University in India established in 1972 focusing on

engineering situated in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Later, the Jawaharlal Nehru

Technological Universities Act, 2008 split the university into four universities, Jawaharlal

Nehru Architecture & Fine Arts University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,

Anantapur, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and Jawaharlal Nehru

Technological University, Kakinada. The University has an environment of academic

excellence with ‘A’ Grade accreditation by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation

Council). Bringing the spark of knowledge to young minds and instilling a new confidence

and vigour to face the world, it is providing quality education for nearly 4 decades.

Prior online Registration is necessary for all participants/ presenting authors to submit

their details and uploading their abstract, full length research paper & registration form.

Payment of Registration fee is possible through online transaction/ submission of

original Demand Draft along with duly filed registration form. The templates for Abstract,

Full paper & Registration form are available in the conference website.

Interested authors are requested to submit abstract of their original and unpublished

research work on or before 20th Apr, 2014. Abstracts will be peer reviewed and the

acceptance will be intimated through website. The author of the accepted abstract can
