How to register to REM application

using ECAS login

1. Access to REM: Register for Events Module.

If it is your first visit to this site, you have to create a personal account in ECAS, the

European Commission Authentication Service.

If you already have an ECAS account, go to point -8-.

2. Authentication service: select where you are from. Choose "external" if you do not

work for the European Commission.

3. If you do not have an ECAS account, click on "Create an account".

4. Complete the required fields and click on "Create an account".

5. You will receive a link to the email address you provided.

6. Open the email you have received and click on the link to complete the registration

process.

7. Choose a password (following the requirements) and click on "Submit".

8. Login in the REM application http://web.jrc.ec.europa.eu/rem/ and select the option

"You already have an account":

9. Insert the username and password you have created for your ECAS account.

10. Select the event for which you would like to register.

11. Fill the fields and click on "Register" to finalise your registration to the meeting; you

will receive a confirmation email by REM.
