How to Register The Hospital

Read and Select “Yes” or “No”

1. Enter your hospital name or pincode or both and click on search

2. Most hospitals data are already available3. There could be changes with the name

which are listed here4. Even if there is a change in the name or

address, please continue with complete registration process of the existing record than creating a new registration

5. It will list all hospitals with identical name as below © GS1 India 2015 7

registration is matching with an existing record, then a message will show up
