Help file for video conferencing(patient)

Step 1- After login to your account, search for your doctor based on your Country, Region, Specialization or City from your Dashboard.

Step 2- To Consult or view the full profile of the doctor, click on highlighted button as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 3- When you click on consult now, doctor’s consultation fee will be added to your cart. Click on checkout to make payment.

Step 4- Enter your Credit card details and click on Continue.

Step 5- On next page, you will receive a notification of the payment done. Also, you will have to fill a form regarding your illness or health complaint for the doctor’s knowledge.

Step 6- Now from your dashboard, click on ‘book an appointment’ link from your doctor’s list.

Step 7- Pick any available slot for consultation and click on Book Now .

Step 8- Enter Captcha on next page.

Step 9- To check status, whether doctor has approved your booking slot, click on the highlighted area .

Step 10- If doctor approves your request, you will get a direct video conferencing link. Click on this link for video conferencing from your laptop and if you are using mobile, download “ZOOM” app before clicking.

Step 11- If, in any case, video conferencing fails, click on that Join Meeting link again and a page will pop up on your screen. Click on the link “Join from Your Browser” and video conferencing will start.
