Corporate Wellness Plan

To improve the health and well-being of PMS employee’s lives through health education and activities that will support positive lifestyle change thereby resulting in improved employee

productivity and morale and healthcare cost savings for  Progressive Management Systems.

Where are we now?

• 3.54 hours of sick time is used per employee

• PMS does not have a program for Wellness

• America is faced with significant health challenges

Where do we want to be?

• Create a culture of wellness at work.

• Find out about the health issues that concern our workers.

• Plan a wellness fair.• Decrease short-term sick leave.• Increase Productivity.• Keep employees engaged for

the long-term.

DID YOU KNOW?

20%was the reduction in

health care cost shown in worksites with wellness exercise programs, short-term sick leave was decreased (38% to 32%) and productivity increased (50% to 52%) (Anthem).
