1. TheGovernment Gazette (Estates)containingadver-tisements,ispublishedoneveryFriday.IfaFridayfallsonaPublicHoliday,thisGovernment Gazette ispublishedontheprecedingThursday. 2. Advertisements for publication in theGovernment Gazette (Estates)mustbeaddressedtotheGovernmentGa-zetteoffice,PrivateBag13302,Windhoek,orbedeliveredat JustitiaBuilding, IndependenceAvenue,SecondFloor,Room219,Windhoek, not later than12h00 on theninthworkingdaybeforethedateofpublicationofthisGovern-ment Gazette inwhichtheadvertisementistobeinserted.
3. Advertisements are published in this Government Gazette forthebenefitofthepublicandmustbefurnishedinEnglishbytheadvertiserorhisagent.
4. Only legal advertisements shall be accepted forpublication in theGovernment Gazette (Estates) and aresubject to theapprovalof thePermanentSecretary,Min-istryofJustice,whomayrefusetheacceptanceoffurtherpublicationofanyadvertisement.
