Region’s core services include:transit, roads, police, wastewater management, housing and social services

YORK TELECOM NETWORK (YTN) ORIGINS• YTN is a dark fibre telecommunications network• YTN originated as a network to connect Regional facilities and systems
• Eventually the local municipalities requested access to YTN to connect their facilities
• Access Agreements with MUSH organizations
