Good For You.Good For Earth.

Time to eat a yogurt: 2 Minutes

Time for plastic on Earth: 400+ years

If George Washington ate a yogurt, the container

would still be viable!

There are 9 billion pounds of plastic on the Earth.

The Problem

Due to FDA regulations and the need to have a lid that peels off, no one has

developed a 100% biodegradable yogurt/dairy package.

If every yogurt container consumed each year were put side to side, they

would circle the Earth 140 Times!

Yogurt cup that recently washed ashore from 1976. Still in perfect shape

The SolutionThe ONLY Yogurt sold in a 100%

biodegradable and compostable container

with a lid that can still peel off

It’s Okay to throw away

the empty container.

Container made with FDA approved PHA (polyhdroxalkonates). Lid system that can peel off and

seal. Applying for patents

Going to Market

For speed to market and quality consistency, we will use a 3rd party manufacturer. This manufacturer will use our recipe.

Using a 3rd party is a common practice. In fact, Siggi’s used a 3rd party manufacturer (Emmi) to make all their yogurt

We will make the yogurt in Pennsylvania. PA has the fifth largest dairy cow population. Obtaining milk for yogurt in New York and Idaho would be difficult due to other yogurt factories there. Those states have the 2nd and 3rd largest dairy cow population.

Customer Acquisition

We will target:

• 300 large grocery chains representing 50,000+ stores and their distributors

• Schools

• Distributors to health food stores

• Public entities with a social responsibility agenda like Starbucks and McDonalds.
