Step 2: Remove Loose FoodRemove loose food and oil from the griddle surface with the High Heat Squeegee.Scrape excess food and oil into the grease trap at the front corner of the griddle.
Step 4: Remove CleanerSqueegee excess food and oil into the grease trap.Use a clean, wet cloth to remove any remaining degreaser or oil from griddle surface.
Step 3: Clean GriddleLower griddle temperature, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer or cleaning chemical manufacturer.Apply industry standard grill cleaner or liquid degreaser to entire surface of the griddle.Scrub surface of griddle using woven abrasive pad. For safety, use the Griddle High Heat Squeegee to firmly hold down the abrasive pad to maximize cleaning of griddle surface.
