ADDENDUM NO. 3 Page 1
Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) Lift Station No. 6 Replacement Project
FGUA Project No. PSP09
Addendum No. 3
The following are revisions and/or clarifications to the Bid Documents (Drawings and
Technical Specifications).
A. QUESTIONS
1. Question: Should space become an issue onsite for stockpiled excavated
materials, is there another location relatively close to the site available for stock
piling?
Response: If the Contractor has a surplus of excavated material that cannot be
stored onsite, the FGUA will provide access to the areas as shown on the attached
aerials for stockpiling excavated materials. The limits for stockpiling shown on the
aerial are approximate. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with
the FGUA during construction to identify actual limits acceptable for stockpiling.
2. Question: According to the contract documents, substantial completion is to be 180 days. If the Generator and sound attenuated enclosure has a significantly lengthy lead time, will the SC date be reconsidered in order to prevent liquidated damages against the contractor? Response: The contract time has been extended to 210 calendar days to Substantial Completion, and 240 days to Final Completion to account for the lead time of the generator and sound attenuated enclosure. See Section D of this addendum for revisions to Sections 00020, 00100, 00300, & 00500.
B. CLARIFICATIONS

the Work (or designated portions thereof) for the use for which it is intended.
The Work shall be fully completed and ready for final acceptance by FGUA
