¼" seam allowances are included.WOF means width of fabric.
Sew all rights sides together with ¼"seam allowance.
• Six (6) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric A.
• Four (4) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric B.
• Four (4) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric C.
• Four (4) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric E.
• Four (4) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric F.
• Three (3) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric D.
• Three (3) 16'' x 2½'' strips from fabric G.
CONSTRUCT IONCONSTRUCT ION
DIAGRAM 1
• Now, take the leaf pattern and place it on one of the assembled piece.
• Trace the shape and cut.
• Trace the leaf pattern on the other piece and cut.
• Quilt as desired.

• Join the strips following Diagram 1..
• Placemat 1 is made with fabrics A, B, C, D.
• Join the strips following Diagram 2.
• Placemat 2 is made with fabrics A, E, F, G.

• Take the backing fabric for one of the placemats.
• Place it on top of the placemat, right sides facing each other.
• Pin.
• Sew all around and leave about 3''-4'' of opening.
• Turn your piece inside out and handstitch or machine stitch the opening close.
• Top stitch the edges.
• Repeat the same for the other placemat. Enjoy!
