I am so glad that I chose to participate in the ELATE program. My visibility on my own campus has increased exponentially, and I am now recognized as a campus-wide leader. I now have a network of strong women leaders from across the country. The entire experience has caused others to see me differently, and more importantly, caused me to
see myself differently. I can see a new future unfolding in front of me.
The ELATE program was like 10 years of career development wrapped into one.
