• If you’re NOTNOT familiar with the material or are Uncomfortable with it, your nervousness will increase…..Practice and revise your presentation until YOU feel GREAT about it !!!

• If you mention that you’re nervous, or apologize for problems you THINK you have with the presentation, you may be calling the attention of others to something they hadn’t noticed !!!! Keep quiet !!

ADJUST FOR THIS VIRUS

• Diagnose that you might have it…

• Pause when you say a NON word or constantly repeat words.. the gap of silence will feel scary at first but if no longer than 4 seconds no one will notice..

• Record voice messages and listen to them

• Ask a friend to work with you find the cure

• Hold you breath—same as pausing..
