simple changes with a few

Put  away  all  the  large  plates  

Take  out  the  small  plates  

Go  to  the  grocery  store  and  shop  around  the   Perimeter,  rather  than  the  aisles  

Fill  your  cart  with  veggies  and  fruit  

Pack  the  veggies  in  5  Ziploc  bags    Pack  the  fruit  in  5  Ziploc  bags    

Every  morning,  pack  your  backpack  with  one  fruit  and  veggie  snack  bag.  Snack  on  

them  throughout  the  day.  

During  meals,  pull  out  one  of  the  small  plates,  and  fill  it  ½  full  with  veggies  

And  that’s  how  you  can..  

Get  healthy  and  feel  full
