DOMINO’S 2018CHARITABLE GIVING
Letter from our CEO
Dear Friends,
In 2018, the spirit of innovation and community involvement were big topics for Domino’s, with the launch of delivery Hotspots and the creation of the Paving for Pizza program. We are a brand that is focused on finding ways to give back and make our communities better – a large part of the essence of our culture is helping each other out.
We are so proud that Domino’s customers came together and raised more than $9.8 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® during the annual Thanks and Giving® campaign – yet another record contribution for the company. Over the last 15 years of this partnership, Domino’s has raised more than $57 million for the kids of St. Jude. We stand beside St. Jude in their mission to “advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.”
2018 also marked the second year of our five-year, $1 million commitment to the National Future Farmers of America Organization, an intra-curricular student organization for youth interested in agriculture. Our support funded grants, college scholarships, and various advocacy programs and community service projects for students. I believe in this youth organization and what they’re doing for the future of agriculture, and ultimately, our business.
We also continued to support Domino’s team members through the Domino’s Partners Foundation. Partners distributed $1.6 million to nearly 1,400 team members in 2018. Call volume increased 20 percent in 2018. I am proud team members felt they could go to the Foundation for help, and proud of the team members who make that help possible.
This year, Domino’s donated more than $1.1 million through monetary and in-kind gifts to nearly 200 local and national organizations, including GENYOUth Foundation and Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
And every day, we are inspired by our franchisees and team members in communities across the country, who support local causes in the neighborhoods where they’re proud to live and serve.
We look forward to building upon our culture of giving back and supporting those in need in the days and years ahead.
Sincerely,
Ritch Allison, CEO

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®
OUR NATIONAL PARTNER
Domino’s has been a proud supporter and strong
ally of St. Jude since it was named as a national
partner in 2004. Domino’s has raised both awareness
and funds, helping St. Jude continue its lifesaving
research and tireless efforts to find the cures that
can save children around the world.
ST. JUDE THANKS AND GIVING® CAMPAIGN
Domino’s stores across the U.S. participated in
the 2018 campaign by asking customers to add a
dollar, or round up their total by donating change,
to help the patients and families of St. Jude. With
the combined support of customers, stores and
team members, Domino’s contributed a record $9.8
million to St. Jude through Thanks and Giving and
other fundraisers. In the last 14 years, Domino’s
has raised more than $57 million to support
St. Jude’s mission.
ST. JUDE WALK/RUN TO END CHILDHOOD CANCER
Domino’s created a St. Jude Walk/Run to End
Childhood Cancer national team for the fourth year
in a row. Friends of St. Jude all across the country
walked and ran together in support of the fight
against childhood cancer. Domino’s franchisees
and team members in 30 cities came together to
raise more than $154,000.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Domino’s supports St. Jude through in-kind donations
all year long. It provides pizza parties for St. Jude
patients and their families, and the St. Jude logo is
featured on millions of pizza boxes and through a link
on dominos.com to assist in raising awareness for
the hospital.
Pictured above and on the previous page, St. Jude patients celebrated National Pizza Party Day at the hospital in February 2018.

TEAM MEMBERS HELPING TEAM MEMBERS
2018 was the 32nd year of the Partners Foundation,
and the year brought a 20-percent-increase in call
volume. In 2018 alone, Partners distributed more
than $1.68 million in financial assistance and
helped nearly 1,400 Domino’s team members, 270
of which received assistance in the wake of hurricane
devastation. Since the foundation began, more than
$20 million has been allocated to team members who
have been affected by illness, injury, fire, accidents or
natural disasters.
The Partners Foundation is generously funded by
donations received primarily through employee payroll-
deduction programs, franchisee contributions and
various fundraising activities.
SUPPORTING FAMILY
In the summer of 2018, Hunter Lantz, 14-year-old
son of Ryan Lantz, was diagnosed with a rare genetic
disorder called Schwachman-Diamond syndrome,
which does not allow his bone marrow to produce
the blood products needed to survive. The syndrome
could develop into leukemia, so Hunter’s team
of doctors determined he needed a bone marrow
transplant. The transplant had to be completed at
a hospital in Iowa City, more than two hours from
Clive, Iowa, where Ryan has served as an assistant
manager since 2013. The transplant required a
five-month stay in the hospital, which meant many
hours commuting between two places, and more
hours of missed work. Ryan and his spouse struggled
with anxiety on how to stay on top of bills for their
family of five while managing Hunter’s medical care.
Partners stepped in to assist, assuring that once the
entire family could be home in Clive, they’d have a
roof over their heads.
“When I reached out to Partners, I finally felt a little
peace,” said Ryan. “We are so fortunate to work for
a company that takes care of one another; we are a
family too.”
Ryan continues to donate to the Partners Foundation
through each of his paychecks, and thanks everyone
who does the same. Hunter and his doctor in Iowa City.
Future Farmers of America
NATIONAL FFA ORGANIZATION
Domino’s knows there would not be pizza if we
didn’t have farmers, which is why it began a five-
year, $1 million commitment to the National FFA
Organization in 2017. FFA is an intra-curricular
student organization for youth interested
in agriculture.
In 2018, Domino’s commitment funded 20 grants
toward supervised agriculture experiences for grades
7-11. These are for students who demonstrate
financial need and are planning activities outside of
class to gain hands-on experience and develop skills
in agriculture-related areas.
Eighteen graduating high school seniors received FFA
scholarships sponsored by Domino’s. These students
are pursuing college degrees in animal science,
agricultural education, agronomy & crop science
and more. A student in Angleton, Texas, headed
to Texas A&M in College Station received an
additional scholarship matched by franchisee Mike
Cunningham, who owns the store that serves her
high school and new college town.
Domino’s contribution also supported agriculture
literacy and advocacy programs, as well as FFA’s
Living to Serve platform that supports hunger and
environmental initiatives in local communities
and states.
This year, Domino’s also donated pizza to feed
students at leadership contests and toward incentives
for national contests. In addition, franchisees and
team members volunteered at workshops and
competitions at FFA National Convention in
Indianapolis, Indiana.
Domino’s is proud to support these students and the
future of agriculture education in the U.S. We look
forward to further integrating with FFA locally and
nationally throughout this partnership.
Community Support
Domino’s team members bowled at a fundraiser benefitting community partner Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washtenaw County.
FRANCHISEES HELPING ORGANIZATIONS
In 2018, Domino’s donated more than $442,000
in monetary and $96,000 in in-kind gifts, including
gift cards and pizza deliveries, to hundreds of
local organizations. Domino’s supports a variety of
organizations supporting causes broken down into
seven categories, outlined in the index on the next
page. These organizations are primarily based in
southeastern Michigan, where Domino’s was founded
and is currently headquartered.
Domino’s is proud of its franchisees across the country
who choose to support a wide variety of charitable
initiatives in their own backyards by delivering pizzas
and offering financial assistance.
PIZZA RELIEF
In 2018, stores across the country continued to
deliver pizzas to people in times of unexpected
need, as they have since our founding in 1960.
We put corporate dollars behind that effort again
this year to amplify the good work franchisees are
doing. We are proud of our system for the dedication
and ability to come together and provide needed
support to the communities we serve in the wake
of terrible disasters like hurricanes and flooding in
North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, fires in
California, extreme cold in Michigan, among others.
Families at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, came together on the first Thursday of every month for Domino’s pizza and live music.
The Myrtle Beach Fire Department picked up donated pizzas from their local store to feed first responders working around the clock in the wake of Hurricane Florence.
Pizzas were delivered to volunteers building playgrounds at elementary schools in Flint, Michigan, with the Make an Impact organization.
First graders from Freeman Elementary School visited a local fire station to learn about fire safety from the Flint Fire Department and Domino’s.
