• The Meet-Me conference is always there, whenever you need it.
•Spontaneously reserve ports for an important meeting
• Use the Conference Monitor page to actively control your conference.
•Who is in the conference•Who is talking•Eliminate noise or music on hold by muting anyone or everyone.•Remove unwanted participants.
• Use the Options page to determine how the conference works.
•Record the conference.•Set security options.•Announce everyone that joins or leaves.•Name the conference so callers know they are in the right place.•Record a message for all callers to hear as they join.•Control Music, Beeps, participant counts, etc., on a call by call basis.

• Select who needs to be on the conference call.
