1. CONTROL OF THE COLLECTOR ELECTRIC MOTORS ON WM WITH EL. REGULATION
When rotor of the electric motor comes into short circuit it is likely that the el. regulation will get damaged. It is impossible to check short circuit with the multimeter at the customer due to very low impedance. To avoid new el. regulation to get damaged is our suggestion to check el. motor as follows: Check visual electronic regulation (burnt out components). Check wiring harness Connect new el. motor If it does not rotate and wiring harness is O.K. , change el. regulation. Before connecting old el. motor, check it as follows: Visual: burnt out collector, damaged collector – change the el. motor Adjust wash program to the intermediate spins or final spin on washing machine with 800 – 1000 rpm (with potentiometer or with switch reduce the spin to the minimum). Intermediate spins perform in steps , it is low possibility of getting el. regulation damaged due to short circuit of the el. motor rotor coil. If the rotor coil is in short circuit, there will be sparkling on the collector. If there is no sparkling, wait for the end of the spin and try again.

TROUBLE SHOOTING FAILURE DETECTION AND REPAIR
General: Always handle the machine highly professionally. Tests and failure detection should be made systematically and in the prescribed order. Always use original wiring diagrams, drawings and timetables. If a failure is not a typical one and you will have to test the washing machine, check the following first: − is the washing machine connected to a power supply (the voltage should
correspond to the one stated on the rating plate) − is water pressure within the required limits (0,5 - 8 bar) − is the water outlet hose correctly located (the height of the hose is 50-100 cm) − are transport brackets removed and the machine properly levelled Problem Possible cause Remedy Machine does not operate
Machine door open
Electric valve out of order
Door interlock damaged
Blocked sieve at the entrance of the el. valve
Replace damaged component, remove the cause
Machine accepts water above the foreseen level
