• Identify priorities • Identify variables (what is acceptable

variation/unacceptable variation)

• Review your Student Data–Where is your biggest need? –What are your options? Can you

increase time? Increase Staffing? What is the impact of those decisions?

Work Time (10 minutes)• Complete the first page of “What are

the Instructional Priorities for Core Instruction”.

• Uncover all of the variations in your current reality. Do you have information on each school in your district?

• What are your plans for the future? Highlight areas of improvement or where additional information is needed.
