• No instances of infected / suspected cases among Sai employees or

their families

• Designed and implemented shift-based work schedules at all locations to

achieve twin objectives of social distancing and work productivity

• Rolled-out several measures to support the community & the Government

in fighting the pandemic

• Work-From-Home implemented fully for Corporate Office employees;

Increased WFH options across the sites.

─ Two shift model of 6 hours each

─ Effective manpower on site reduced by >50%

company – Sanitization & Hygiene

• Commenced in-house preparation of alcohol-based sanitizers and surface

cleaners as per WHO guidelines

• Introduced checklists for deep cleaning and disinfection of vehicles and

common areas including cafeteria, rest rooms etc.

• Implementing continuous cleaning /sanitization of all door handles

• Included company Guest Houses to list of areas covered

• Provided additional PPE (complete body coveralls) for personnel during

thermal screening and sanitization
