the next day. Overleaf are a selection of wedding packages we have been designed to suit some preferences, however we are more than happy to tailor
a package specifically for you both should you prefer.

The Athlone Springs Hotel has 68 beautifully decorated bedrooms and we have
different room types to suit your friends and family’s needs.
Should you choose to book your wedding with us we can allocate your wedding party a
block of 15 bedrooms. We will send you a booking form nearer the time for you to
allocate your rooms to your preferred guests.
It is your choice as to whether you would like to name the rooms for your guests or
your guests can book their bedroom themselves on a first come first served basis.

T H E F I N E R D E T A I L S
• Once you have chosen your date we can provisionally book your wedding for 2 weeks.
• At the 2 week stage we would require a €1000 deposit to confirm your booking with us.
• You will also receive a written agreement from the hotel.
• A Further €1,000 if required within three months of booking your date.
• Final Payment is due on departure from the hotel after your Big Day.
• Final Details completed 2 / 3 weeks prior to your big day.
*Final confirmation of your number of guests is required 3 days before your Wedding.
