The Manor House Hotel is a quintessential 15th Century Manor House, set in 12 acres of beautiful
gardens on the edge of the Cotswolds in the Village of Weston-on-the Green. This romantic
House and Garden will set the scene for your memorable day.
CIVIL CEREMONIES
At the Manor House you will have a choice of six, licensed areas for your civil ceremony.
Areas for Civil Ceremonies are:
The Baron’s Hall, including the Minstrels’ Gallery, fits up to 100 guests.
Starting price is from £800.00.
The Baron’s Hall dates back to 1574. With its unique wood panelling, the Hall offers warmth
and history for your wedding, and with direct access to the Manor Gardens and Lawns, the
Hall is a dignified and open setting for your family and guests.
The Knotted Garden fits up to 140 guests. Starting price is from £500.00.
The Manor’s Knotted Garden is a well-known local landmark. This is suitable for brides and
grooms seeking an outdoor ceremony. Should the weather not permit, the Baron’s Hall will
be made available.
The Secret Garden fits up to 100 guests. Starting price is from £500.00.
The Secret Garden is the most popular outdoor venue, and is coveted for its ancient wall of
cascading Wisteria.
The Osbourn Suite fits up to 80 guests. Starting price is £500.00.
The Manor’s Osbourn Suite is located in the Coach House, and offers a more modern setting.
The Morning Room fits up to 50 guests. Starting price of £400.00.
The Morning Room is a step back in time for couples and their guests, who are seeking the
“Downtown Abbey” appeal.
The Chapel Garden Terrace fits up to 20 guests. Starting price is £250.00.
The Chapel Terrace is for those couples seeking an intimate, outdoor wedding against the
larger expanse of the Manor’s Lawns and Topiary Gardens.

WEDDING EVENING MENU
THE BEDROOMS
Non-Exclusive Weddings. Upon confirming your Wedding Date with a deposit, the Manor team will allocate the wedding couple’s accommodation, plus 10 additional bedrooms (Subject to Availability). The 10 rooms will be held for 2 months prior to the wedding date. After this time, any rooms that have not been pre-paid will automatically be released. All other rooms will be
charged at the Best Available Rate at the time of booking.
We strongly advise that accommodation is reserved as soon as possible after confirming your
wedding date to avoid disappointment.
Exclusive Use Weddings All bedrooms will be blocked at time of deposit being received.
CIVIL CEREMONIESCivil Ceremonies
Exclusive Use WeddingsLive out the fairy-tale with exclusive use for the day. Imagine the most beautiful setting and the
only guests are those you have specially invited. The Manor House exclusive use commences
from your arrival at midday on the day of your wedding until check out at 11:00am the following
morning. You and your guests will have the luxury of stylishly decorated rooms to relax in, the
beautiful gardens to explore and the most impeccable service our team can offer.
32 Bedrooms Exclusive use of the Manor House includes the bridal Suite plus 31 well appointed bedrooms,
sleeping a maximum of 75 guests. We do ask that you allocate all of the bedrooms to ensure
that your family and close friends are accommodated. If you chose for your guests to pay for
their own rooms on departure, this will be deducted from the Exclusive use charge.
Guaranteed Exclusive Use The exclusive use price includes the entire hotel and bedrooms including breakfast, this does not include any additional food and beverages. Bedroom check in for your guests is 15:00 with
check out being 11:00.
Baronial Hall When hiring the Baronial Hall, the room will be available for you to access from 11:00 on the day of
your wedding, in some circumstances it may be possible to access the Hall beforehand however
this cannot be guaranteed, we strongly advise that all suppliers deliver items on the day of your
wedding. You are responsible for the collection of all personal items after your wedding, any
items left following your wedding are not the responsibility of the hotel and we cannot be held
liable for any lost/damaged items. Any external suppliers that you book in relation to your event,
including bands or entertainers must be approved by the hotel prior to the event.
The hotel may refuse approval for any reason. No food or alcohol may be brought into the hotel
unless you have had prior permission. Corkage will be charged at £20.00 per bottle and £25.00
per bottle for Champagne. We can provide most equipment, however should you wish to bring
your own equipment into the hotel you must ensure that it has been tested and safe to use.
BedroomsWe will automatically release any provisional bedrooms being held for your wedding 8 weeks
before your wedding date. Bedrooms are sold on a first come, first serve basis unless agreed
with the hotel.
Ground RentWe have 12 acres of grounds and do hire out part of the grounds at £5,000 for Marquee Weddings. House including 32 bedrooms and Grounds £15,000, exclusive use. Access for the grounds are 48 hours prior and must be vacated the following day. Your own Marquee and
caterers are purchased on top of the ground rent.
Exclusive Use Weddings
Live out your dream wedding with an Exclusive Use package. The Manor House, its Lawns & Gardens and Coach House become the exclusive use of you and your guests on your wedding day. The Manor House Exclusive Use commences from your arrival at midday on the day of your wedding until check out at 11:00am the following morning. You and your guests’ accommodation will be available from
15:00.
Baron’s Hall
The Baron’s Hall will be available for you to access from 11:00 on the day of your wedding. In some circumstances it may be possible to access the Hall beforehand, however, this cannot be guaranteed. We strongly advise that all suppliers deliver items on the day of your wedding.

Access to the Manor Grounds is 48 hours prior to your wedding date and must be vacated the following day by 11:00. Marquee Hire & Catering Services is in addition to your ground rent.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please note we operate the following Conference, Banqueting and Accommodation Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation with more than 32 days notice will incur an administration fee of 15% of estimated charges.
Cancellation received with 31-22 days notice will incur an administration fee of 50% of estimated charges
Cancellation received with 21-11 days notice will incur an administration fee of 90% of estimated charges
Cancellation received with less than 10 days notice will incur Full Charges. The Hotel will use its best
endeavours to re-let accommodation. In such cases, no charges will be made for accommodation.
2. Deposits: A Non-refundable Deposit of £1,000 will be required to confirm a booking and will be paid
directly to Weston Country House Limited. 50% of the remaining balance will be paid 14 weeks prior. The
remaining balance will be due for settlement 14 days prior to the event. All extras and incidentals taken or
consumed on site will be settled on departure.
3. Damages: The Hirer shall pay for any loss or damage to any part of the Hotel premises, or to any fixtures,
fittings and equipment which are caused by the Hirer, his/her Guest or Paid Servants. The Hotel will not be
held responsible for damages to any article.
4. Licensing Act 2003: The Hirer and all Persons attending must comply with all requirements of the Licensing
Act 2003, together with all Statutory Instruments since enacted.
5. Force Majeure: The Hotel shall not be responsible for any failure to provide facilities contracted for; in the
event of its being prevented as a result of Force Majeure or any other cases beyond its control.
6. Changing the date of a wedding constitutes a Cancellation; therefore, a second Deposit is required to
secure the new date and the original Deposit will not be refunded. The Manor Hotel reserves the right to
Cancel any booking, at that time the deposit will be refunded, but the Hotel will not have any other liability.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without any liability on its part in the event of any damage or destruction of the Hotel by labour or food suppliers, strikes, lock-outs or industrial action, or any other cause beyond the control of the Company which
shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with any booking.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings will be considered provisional until the Hotel receives a signed contract of the Terms and Conditions, as well as a non-refundable deposit of £1,000. Pre-payment of 50% of the total bill is payable 14 weeks before the wedding, with the remaining final payment 14 days prior to the wedding. If payment is not received, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the
wedding and levy a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the proposed invoice total.
We reserve the right to charge 2% above the Bank of England Base Rate if you do not settle your invoice within the agreed terms. Any additional charges made on the wedding day (i.e. extra guests, additional wines, etc.) are payable on departure. In order for us to plan your event properly we will require final guests numbers 14 days prior to the event. The final charge payable will be based on this number or the actual number attending, whichever is the greater and providing that the minimum charge has been exceeded. If your numbers are reduced below
the minimum number as stated, the Hotel will charge the difference.
TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTINUED...
Conduct
The Customer shall be responsible for the orderly and safe conduct of the wedding and shall have regard to any regulations imposed by any competent authority, and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breach of the law or impossible forfeiture of the licenses for the sale of wine, beer, spirits or for music and dancing or other permissions attaching to the hired premises. In particular the Customer shall ensure that there is no illegal betting or gaming. The Customer shall fully indemnify the Company against any claims, or loss
or damage arising as a result of breach of this clause.
At the time of making the initial Booking until the end of the event, we require that all members
of staff employed by the Manor be treated with courtesy. Abusive language, rude or threatening
behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your booking.
The Wedding Couple shall be held responsible for any Losses or Damages sustained to the
Manor Hotel. This is in respect of the premises, furnishings, utensils or equipment, whether
the same is caused wilfully or by negligence or default, and shall be liable for the full cost of
replacement or repair plus compensation for loss of business caused thereby.

If the date is available, we can provisionally hold the date for 14 days.
A deposit payment is required along with a signed contract to secure your wedding date.
